K-5th Graders on the Farm
Elementary-aged children (grades K–5) are invited to spend 5 beautiful Florida fall evenings at Timber Ranch!
Each week offers a unique opportunity to experience ranch life after hours with horseback riding, hands-on learning, in a fun and engaging environment.
Elementary Fall Nights Dates (5 days total):

6-8th Graders Friday Farm Nights
Middle schoolers (grades 6–8) are invited to spend four fun filled Friday Fall Nights at Timber Ranch!
Each session offers a unique chance to experience ranch life after hours with hands-on learning, horseback riding, outdoor cooked dinner, and night games in a fun, safe, and engaging environment.

Fall Clinic Focus

Animal Interaction & Care
Learn about the care and feeding of our friendly farm animals, including:

Horses (and miniature horses)
-
Goats
-
A GIANT pig
-
Mini donkey
-
Chickens
-
Ducks
Horse Grooming & Riding Lessons
-
Beginner and intermediate riders are welcome!

Focus is on riding fundamentals and walking.

More advanced campers may have the opportunity to trot, at the instructor’s discretion.

While we primarily teach English riding, some Western techniques will be introduced.
Note: Due to horse size, there is a 150 lb weight limit for riding.
Weekly Fall-Themed Agriculture & Plants Activity
Each week features a new seasonal activity focused on agriculture, plants, or harvest—adding variety and fun to every session!
Whether it’s a hands-on arts and crafts project, a cooking activity, or a live demonstration with taste sampling, campers will explore the beauty and abundance of the fall season in creative and interactive ways.
Elementary Fall Nights: Dinner is NOT included—rather a small snack.
Middle School Friday Nights: Dinner IS included.
Elementary Thanksgiving Break: Bring a packed lunch.
Weather Conditions Policy:
In the event of bad weather, regular ranch activities will continue with modifications. Horseback riding will be canceled in cases of heavy rain or lightning to ensure the safety of campers and animals.
During these times, we will adjust our weekly schedule to focus on alternative hands-on learning, including:

Horsemanship theory

Grooming techniques

Feeding routines
-
General care of livestock animals
Camp will be canceled only in the case of severe weather conditions such as hurricanes or tropical storms, in accordance with local safety guidelines.
